Staying at the Aman Venice was an absolute dream come true! I adored the Palazzo’s opulent style, particularly the luxurious Rubelli silk walls. What I found most interesting here though was the fact that the Arrivabene Family have called the Palazzo Papadopoli home for the past two centuries and still live in the hotel’s apartments on the top floor.
Anyone visiting Venice is sure to have a long list of must-dos, but you really won’t want to miss the stunning views at sunset from the Rialto Bridge, conveniently located just a short distance from the hotel. I’d also recommend starting your day with a morning cappuccino at ARVA overlooking the Grand Canal; and do allow yourself an afternoon to get lost in the narrow streets and alleyways of Venice – it’s the best way to discover all of the city’s hidden gems.
