    Situated in the Linkwasha concession of the Hwange, and named after Ted Davison (its founder), the year-round game viewing here is superb. It’s a classic African tented camp, with a rustic approach (like no electricity), with eight rooms, a family tent overlooking the waterhole – and, usually, hundreds of elephants!​​
