Why Stay?
Just a short walk from Dubrovnik's Old Town, Villa Orsula combines the intimacy of a 13-room villa with Adriatic views, peaceful gardens and complimentary access to the spa and wellness facilities at neighbouring Villa Argentina.
It's unusual to find somewhere this peaceful so close to Dubrovnik's Old Town. Overlooking the Adriatic and the island of Lokrum, Villa Orsula offers a quieter side to Dubrovnik, yet the historic centre is only a short, five-minute stroll away. Originally built in the 1930s, the villa now has just 13 rooms and suites, all but one with sea views and most with balconies, creating an atmosphere that's personal without ever feeling formal. Interiors combine period character with contemporary touches and are finished in a distinctive palette of deep blue, fluted glass and black-and-white bathrooms warmed by brass.
Gardens connect Villa Orsula to sister property Villa Argentina, giving guests complimentary access to its extensive spa and wellness centre. Back at Villa Orsula, Marea Restaurant and Lounge Bar serves Mediterranean cuisine, while a garden pool tucked into the grounds provides a secluded spot to unwind beneath sweeping views of the Adriatic.
