Converted from an old warehouse and jam factory on Hobart’s
waterfront, the hotel exhibits more than 250 works of art. Rooms feature old timbers, stainless steel and glass bathrooms and
sandstone walls, and the suites have views of the harbour or overlook
a stunning glass atrium.
