Kenya

​WHY NOW? Kenya comes into its own in July. The coast is less humid, while out on the plains, clear skies, sunny days and sparse vegetation make for prime-time game-viewing; waterholes and river banks are teeming with wildlife; and best of all, the wildebeest migration arrives in the Maasai Mara.

  • Mozambique

    ​WHY NOW? The heart of the dry season, with clear skies, warm sunny days, less wind (though the north can get breezy), fewer storms and weaker currents. The result? Excellent visibility for diving and perfect sightseeing weather. It's a great time to spot humpback whales migrating up the coast too.
