DAY 1 International outbound flight to New York.

Stay: Four Seasons Hotel New York (3 nights)
DAYS 2-3 New York

From incredible art galleries and museums, to some of the world's finest restaurants, New York's many offerings are well-known to most. However, it's a city that's in a constant flux, with swanky new hotels, restaurants, bars, and attractions popping up all the time.

In the past year alone, the city has seen major openings like the new home of the Whitney Museum of American Art, designed by Renzo Piano; ultra-luxe new hotels like the Baccarat Hotel, the New York Edition and 1 Hotel Central Park, not to mention buzzy additions to the dining scene, like Gabriel Kreuther and the Clocktower.
DAYS 4-7 New York to Key West
Flight Time: 3 hours, 35 minutes

Welcome to the End of the USA, a string of 113 islands split into three regions. En-route to Key West, you'll pass through the Upper Keys where you'll find Key Largo, the Diving Capital of the World and home to North America's only living coral barrier reef, as well as Spiegel Grove, a 510 foot sunken navy ship; Islamorada – another 'capital of the world' – this time of sport-fishing; and through the laid-back, more natural delights of the Lower Keys before hitting your final destination.

And what a destination it is. The southernmost point in the US, it's famous for its watersports, effervescent nightlife, beautiful beaches and historic sites. Don't miss Duval Street, one of the most energetic strips of shops, bars and cafes in all the land; or Sloppy Joe's bar – a favourite hangout of novelist Ernest Hemingway, and the perfect place for something refreshing visiting the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum. (look for the celebrated six-toed cats).

Stay: Ocean Key Resort & Spa (4 nights)
DAYS 8-14 Miami to Barbados
Flight Time: 3 hours, 25 minutes

With masses to see and do, beautiful Barbados is an unbeatable destination if you’re after a little more from your trip than just lounging on the beach. Of course, Barbados scores on that front too – in fact, its soft pink sands and aquamarine waters are famous as some of the most gorgeous in the Caribbean – but there’s plenty more on offer here too; its soul food is its music, which, added to the balmy, tropical climate and cooling sea breezes, ensures a laid-back attitude… the ideal combination for a relaxing holiday.

Stay: Sandy Lane (7 nights)
Day 15 Depart Barbados on your international flight back to London Gatwick.
