Davison’s Camp, Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe

Situated in the Linkwasha concession of the Hwange, year-round game viewing here is superb.

Named after Ted Davison – the founder of the Hwange – this camp takes a rustic approach (such as no electricity). It’s a classic African tented camp, with eight rooms and a family tent overlooking the waterhole – and, usually, hundreds of elephants!
