With its distinctly Catalan influences, the Barcelona outpost of Soho House in the beautiful Gothic Quarter is currently our favourite of the brand's increasing collection of hipster hotel havens.
While some rooms err on the small side, you can't help but love the obligatory eclectic mix of antique, contemporary and bespoke furnishings, home-from-home vibe, jam-packed events calendar, farmhouse-style Cowshed Spa and bewitching rooftop pool terrace. But what we're particularly partial to is the Green Room – a speakeasy-style drinking den; the indoor pool (a rarity in Barcelona); and lovely in-room extras like hair-straighteners, plug adapters and a jar of cookies replenished daily.
