With the Foreign and Commonwealth Office currently advising UK citizens against all but essential foreign travel indefinitely, we know you'll be wondering about the effect this is likely to have on your own travel plans.

While the guidance is changing fast, our approach to supporting our clients continues to remain the same. And while, in these unprecedented times, everyone's plans are on pause, we're still here to give you all the advice you need and help rearrange, amend or postpone your holidays to a later date when the world starts turning once more.

At this point we're helping anyone who's travelling right now and are also in the process of contacting everyone who has a trip departing between now and 16 June 2020.

We hope you'll understand that we have to prioritise client travel by departure date, so if you are due to travel with us from 17 June 2020 onwards, you can rest easy knowing that our Travel Directors are still working hard in the background and will be in touch with you directly in due course to discuss your options with you.

Up to 16 June 2020

We are currently assisting many clients who are due to travel up to 16 June 2020. If you have not been contacted by us already, please rest assured we'll be in touch with you very soon.

From 17 June 2020 onwards

If you are due to travel from 17 June 2020 onwards, we would kindly ask if you could please wait to contact us until nearer the time, when we hope to have a much better idea of the situation regarding overseas travel and be able to help you make a more informed decision.

What if I wish to cancel my trip?

If you decide you’d prefer not to travel at all, you can also cancel your trip entirely in accordance with our terms and conditions, where cancellation charges are likely to apply. If this is your preferred option, we would therefore suggest you contact your insurance company without delay to check if you are able to reclaim any or all of these charges from them.
