Set on the north-eastern tip of Zanzibar,
Mnemba is a romantic and stunningly
beautiful private island resort. Ten Zanzibari
bandas form the accommodation: rustic and
simple yet luxurious, each has its own spacious
veranda and a private beach sala with sunbeds.
As you would expect from an island
surrounded by protected coral reefs, diving
here is fabulous, and as well as many species
of tropical fish, guests can expect to see giant
turtles and ghost crabs too. Other water-based
activities include kayaking, wind-surfing, flyfishing
and swimming.
