Favourite Dining Experiences

​​​​​​​​Epicure @ Hotel Le Bristol, Paris, France

This is a place where the service is absolutely top level. We skipped the tasting menu and ordered a la carte, which was a great decision. Everything from the truffle macaroni, langoustines, pigeon from Bresse (highly recommended), blue lobster and desserts were AMAZING.

Exactly what you'd expect from a restaurant of this quality anywhere in the world – particularly nice touches were the extremely warm welcome, our own personalised copy of the tasting menu and the head chef coming to our table to chat with us. As for the price; I would say this is a place that’s 'reassuringly expensive'.

Villa 11 is the largest, most luxurious and clearly, the most expensive, but whoever you are, you’re made to feel like the only guests in the world.

Rooms on both the sides of the hotel are good: one side faces the city and one overlooks the ocean; but for truly epic views, look for a room higher up, particularly the 30th floor upwards.
