What a view! The restaurant overlooks the incredible infinity pool and the Aegean Sea. The food is sublime and the service is excellent. I dream of returning one day.

I absolutely love the Maldives and have stayed in so many wonderful resorts, but there’s just something about Amilla Fushi. For a start the style is extremely contemporary and not at all what you’d expect (no traditional thatch and timbers here). The overwater villas are fab, but my favourite type of accommodation is the Sky House, ideal for couples wanting to completely escape, or families looking for a fun stay.
